FREE Community Accredited First Aid Courses

A qualified first aider has very kindly offered to run free accredited community First Aid courses.  All 3 courses are fully booked but a waiting list is being held in case of last minute cancellations.  If you would like be added to the waiting list, please get in touch. The course will include:-

  • Basic life support for adults, children and infants
  • Use of an AED Defibrillator
  • The hazards of choking
  • An element of first aid

Claire will teach people how to save lives and will also provide useful information on cuts, bruises, bleeding and anaphylaxis.  As well as being a trainer for the UK Sepsis Trust, Claire works as the Recovery Team Leader/Resus Lead and Surgical First Assistant at The Nuffield Hospital. She has taught basic life support for 25 years.
